November 13, 2020

Dear E.D. Feehan

Parents and Students,

We wanted to let you know that E.D. Feehan is not affected by the government recommendation for high schools with over 600 students to go to level 3 (blended learning -  students attending every second day). E.D. Feehan does not have a population of over 600.

We will continue with our regular schedule and every day full class instruction.

The situation within our schools will be monitored. Our goal is to keep our students and staff safe and healthy so we can continue with face-to-face instruction.

Please let me know if you have questions.

Have a great weekend!

Dear E.D. Feehan Parents, Guardians and Students,

As COVID-19 cases are on the rise in Saskatoon, we wanted to outline and review some of the important information from the Saskatchewan Health Authority and GSCS division. Firstly, it is essential that all of us are self-screening and self-monitoring for COVID-19 symptoms. Please use the Covid-19 Screening Questionnaire as a daily screening tool (see attached).

COVID-19 Screening Questionaire.pdf

When a student is sick or having symptoms:

  1. Stay home.
  2. Contact 811 and follow their direction.
  3. Students must be symptom free for 48 hours before they return to school. If further direction is given from 811, follow those instructions (i.e. you will need to self-isolate if you have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive, or if you test positive).
  4. Please use the safe arrival system or call the school at 306-659-7550 to report the student absence.
  5. Each teacher has a Learning Management System (like google classroom) set up to allow students to keep up with the course work from home when they are sick. The students should know how to access this system as the teacher would have reviewed this with them. If there are issues, please email the classroom teacher or contact the school for more information.
  6. If the student is struggling with doing the schoolwork from home while they are sick or self-isolating, please contact an Administrator as we will work to come up with a plan to support the student.
  7. When the student returns to school, we have student support from 2:15 – 2:45pm each day for extra help with classes and school assignments.

Thank you for your help in keeping everyone safe and healthy.

We realize this can be a challenging process, but we appreciate your cooperation and diligence to make sure we are doing all we can to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Take care and God Bless,

Krista Hayes

Registration for the 2020-21 school year is open!

Picking a high school is a big decision for any student and their family.  During these unprecedented times that is an even truer statement.  At E. D. Feehan Catholic High School we recognize how overwhelming learning at home can be.  Our staff had made this transition for students as seamless as possible.  When we consider school for the 2020/2021 school year, we are prepared to deliver engaging and quality education for our students regardless of circumstance.

E. D. Feehan Catholic High School honours how unique each individual student is.  This includes nourishing their spiritual, emotional and physical well-being.  Through our many supports and resources, Feehan students are supported not only in their learning but also in their mental wellness.  If you ask our students they will say, at Feehan, they are part of a family.  Our mottos states "who we are makes a difference".  Join the Feehan family and you will see, who we are is the difference!

To register, please fill out the forms below and email them to the School Principal, Krista Hayes at  We will then set up a phone call to have a registration meeting.

Please Note there are different forms for Grade 9 registration versus Grad 10 - 12 registration.  There are two pages of forms - the first page is demographic information and the second page is course selection.

Please contact the school if you have questions at 306 659-7550
