Refund Policy

CANCELLATION

  • Students must give Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools a written notice of cancelling program prior to September 1 and February 1-there will be a $2000 administrative fee.
  • Before the program begins, and a VISA/STUDY PERMIT has/have not been issued a full refund of tuition fees will be given, minus a $1000 administrative fee.
  • A tuition refund will be given of one-half of tuition fees if the student withdraws within 30 calendar days of the beginning date of the school program semester.
  • No refund of fees will be given if a student withdraws after 30 days from the beginning date of the program in each semester (October 1st and March 1st).

DISMISSAL

  • No refund of fees will be given if a student is dismissed from the International Student Program for the given semester.
  • Students who seriously violate the policies of the school or the law will be returned home at his/her expense.

PERMANENT RESIDENCE/STUDY PERMIT/WORK PERMIT

  • Students who become a Permanent Resident or Parent’s receive a Work Permit or a full time Study Permit (Not Language Program) after tuition fees have been paid before September 1, will receive a full refund, less an administrative fee of $1000.
  • Students who become a Permanent Resident or Parent’s receive a Work Permit or a full time Study Permit (Not Language Program) after tuition fees have been paid before September 30 (semester 1) and February 28 (semester 2), will be refunded ½ of tuition.
  • Students who become a Permanent Resident or Parent’s receive a Work Permit or a full time Study Permit (Not Language Program) after tuition fees have been paid after September 30 (semester 1) and February 28 (semester 2), there will be no refund of tuition.
