Help name the new high school
Planning is well underway for a new Catholic high school in the Holmwood area of Saskatoon (east of the Brighton neighbourhood along McOrmond Drive). This will be a joint-use facility with both a Catholic and public high school built on the same property with an early learning centre connecting the high schools.
Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools would like your feedback to name the new Catholic high school.
Please take 3 – 5 minutes to complete a survey. In accordance with division policy, the school’s name shall:
- Reflect Catholic doctrine, values, virtues, and identity;
- Honour officially recognized (venerable, beatified or canonized) saints, or other individuals of significance to the Catholic Church or Catholic education;
- Reflect titles or mysteries of Jesus Christ or the Blessed Virgin Mary;
- Be appropriate for a Catholic educational institution;
- Not be of an individual still living.
