About Our CSCC

Catholic School Community Council

Our Catholic School Community Council's purpose is to support our St. George families and staff to enhance the academic, spiritual, physical and social needs of our children. We are a group of parents that meet once each month to discuss and contribute to a wide variety of decisions at the school. We coordinate many activities throughout the year that support the Learning Improvement Plan, promote quality education, build community in our school environment and raise funds to support many important school initiatives and student activities.

Participating in parent Catholic School Community Council parent activities is a wonderful way to meet other families, to contribute to the planning and decisions that impact your child(ren) as well as being informed about all aspects of school activities. All parents are invited to our monthly meetings, and you can become involved as much or as little as you wish. There are many small ways to help and there are also many positions to be filled that may only require volunteering for a couple of hours each month. Please watch the newsletter for dates and times of our meetings and think about how you might be able to help or maybe you just want to listen. Either way, we would love to meet you. Please contact our school office at (306) 659-7320 for more information about our council.

Fundraising - A "Drop & Go" fundraiser through Sarcan Recycling is taking place to support the educational needs of St. George.  Donate your order to St George and use the group phrase St George.  Our ability to fundraise has been limited to this year, so please consider supporting us through this fundraiser.

Facebook Page - Find us on Facebook to hear about the latest events and what we do.  The page is called St. George CSCC.
