Learning Assistance

Learning Assistance is a support to students requiring assistance for success in courses at the regular and modified levels. Tutorials are scheduled for one-hour periods. Using the mainstream classroom content, assistance is provided with time management skills, study skills and strategies, assignment completion, and essay writing. Referrals to Learning Assistance are made by teachers, counsellors, and parents. Students do not receive a credit for this class.
