Grade 9 registration for the 2026-2027 school year is now open. Students attending a neighbourhood GSCS school will have received the registration forms and information through their Grade 8 teachers. Students who do not attend a GSCS school or are not in the Bethlehem neighbourhood that are wishing to register in grade 9 for the 2026-2027 school year are asked to complete the following registration forms are return the to bethlehem@gscs.ca before March 1, 2026. Please note that all forms should be returned at a .pdf attachment and not a picture.

Course Selection for students currently in Grade 9-11 at Bethlehem is now open. Students have all attended an information session on the courses available for the 2026-2027 school year along with how to select their courses.

New To Bethlehem
Students wishing to attend Bethlehem Catholic High School for the 2026-2027 school year are asked to contact the school at 306-659-7904 to book a registration appointment for the parent/caregiver and the student with our Principal and a School Counselor.  Appointments will take place beginning the last week of May and into June. Students who miss booking an appointment before June 22, 2026 will need to wait until August for a registration appointment.

What you will need to bring to your registration appointment:
- 1 piece of government issued identification
- your report cards from your previous school or your Ministry of Education Transcript


Are You New to Canada? 
Please book an appointment at our Newcomer Registration Centre at 420 22nd Street East.  
Students who have had an appointment at the Newcomer Registration Centre and will be attending Bethlehem for the 2025-2026 school year will attend a Newcomer Orientation on Tuesday, August 26th. More information will be provided once your registration has been forwarded to Bethlehem.
