Oskāyak High School – Quad 3/Semester 2 Registration Information

Students interested in registering for Quad 3/Semester 2 at Oskāyak High School are asked to complete the form below.

🔹 Grade 9 Registration:
Spaces are limited, intent to register must be submitted for intake meeting to be scheduled.  Once the class is full we will notify families and add students to a waitlist.

🔹 Grade 10, 11, 12 Registration:
Spaces are limited. We will begin to contact students immediately to schedule intake appointments. We encourage you to submit your information as soon as possible to be considered.  

Please note that attending an intake appointment is required to finalize your registration. You are not fully registered until you have attended an intake meeting. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the intake appointment.
