Registration for Quad 2 at Oskāyak High School

 Quad 2 begins November 16, 2026.

At this time, Grade 9 is full, and we are not accepting new Grade 9 registrations for Quad 2.

Students in Grades 10-12 who are interested in attending Oskāyak High School for Quad 2 must complete the intake form below.

Please Note:

• Completing the intake form does not guarantee enrollment.
• After submitting the form, you will be contacted to schedule an intake appointment.
• Registration is not complete until the intake appointment has been attended.
• Students under 18 years of age must have a parent or guardian attend the intake appointment with them.

🚫 Registration Eligibility

Students who have: 

• Successfully graduated Grade 12, or
 • Reached their 22nd birthday are not eligible to register at Oskāyak High School.
