March 2026 Information

Holy Cross Update - March 2026  

Student-Parent Teacher conferences will be on Thursday, March 12 from 4:00 - 5:45pm and 6:30 - 8:30pm and Friday, March 13 from 8:30am - 12:30pm. Conference times are 5 minutes in length for each class you book. Sign up for times will be on Edsby from March 3 - March 10. You will receive an Edsby message once SPT conference times are open for booking. We hope to see you there! There is no school for students on Friday, March 13 due to SPT conferences.  

Gradebook update – Marks will be updated and shared in Edsby on Monday, March 9.   

Shortened days – Thursday, March 5 and Thursday, March 19 are shortened days with 12:30 dismissals. Students are to leave the building for the afternoon as staff have meetings and professional development.  Students can return at 3:30 if they have a supervised extra-curricular activity.  

Registration update – All students returning to Holy Cross for 2025-26 should be registered for courses for next year. If you are not returning, please see Student Services. 

School Access After school - The school is open on regular school days for students until 4:00 pm. Students should be out of the building by 4:00 pm unless they have a planned extracurricular activity with a staff supervisor.  

Tuesday, March 24 - Reconciliation and Adoration 

Friday, March 27 - Orange Shirt Day – Wear orange for Truth and Reconciliation. 

Pick up and drop off of students – We do not use the parking lots for drop off and pick up of students. If you are using the front loop, please ensure that it is accessible for special needs buses/taxis and for parents picking up students with disabilities to access the drop off spot in front of the main doors. Thank you for your help with this!
