Thanks for taking the time to do this.
Cyber School
To help deter the use of AI and ensure academic integrity of the online courses, random proctoring will be implemented across all grades. Proctored work may include a sample writing task, redoing an assignment, quiz, or exam (midterm and/or final), or completing a new task. If inconsistent work is observed, further proctoring or removal from Cyber School may result, potentially impacting graduation qualifications.
Cyber School - English Proficiency and Use of Translation Tools
All students must demonstrate a minimum English proficiency of B1.1 to enroll in a Cyber course. Translation tools or AI are not permitted as the primary method of completing coursework, and when used, must be cited correctly. If concerns arise regarding language proficiency, proctoring may be conducted to determine continued enrolment or the validity of a previous assessment. Additional proctoring may also be applied in French courses to ensure authentic student work.
