Driver Education

Next class offered at Bishop Murray starts Monday, March 9, 2026.  

Students can register at the main office by 12pm Friday, March 6, 2026.

Offered in cooperation with Klassen Driving School, this program emphasizes a mature driving attitude and a developing of good driving skills. Thirty hours of in-class instruction after school during a four-week period followed by six hours of in-car instruction.  Students are eligible if they are aged 15 years and 9 months. Students must be aware that they may be disqualified from the driver education program for absences from the in-class and/or in-car instruction. A student must be in attendance during the school day to attend driver education class. Disqualified students may be required to register with an external driver educator at their own cost.  Current cost for this service is approximately $600.
