MUSICAL
There will be a brief meeting today at the start of P1 p.m., in the band room, for anyone interested in auditioning or being involved in the musical show. If you are unable to attend the meeting today, please ensure you get the information from someone who attended.
BETHLEHEM SCHOOL CLUBS 2026/27

Yearbook Club- (Ms. Melnyk) Most Tuesdays at 3:30pm. Grades 10-12
Outdoor Education- (Mrs. Vermette & Mrs. Hoffart) Outdoor Ed doesn't have a regular time and we do not have a specific room (watch in the notices)
The first hiking trip meeting is on September 24. If students want to participate in hiking they have to come to this meeting. Grade 11-12 meeting is in the theater in period 5 AM. Grade 9-10 meeting is in the library in period 1 PM. Mrs. Vermette & Mrs. Hoffart.

⭐️ SRC APPLICATIONS ⭐️
Do you want to be a student representative? Want to express your ideas through school events? Help out with school spirit days? Lucky for you, SRC is accepting applications through physical form or google form. Forms can be found in the SRC kiosk, as well as a QR code directing you to the online application. SRC kiosk will be open during Period 5 (AM), Period 1 (PM), and Afterschool at 3:30PM. YOU ONLY NEED TO APPLY ONCE! Applications are open to all grades, and forms must be handed in by MONDAY in the FRONT OFFICE. 💫

If you are planning on participating in Graduation 2027 you must join the Graduation 2027 Group in Edsby. This is where we share all important information regarding Graduation. Please join the group before this Friday.

Please see Ms. Okotinsky in Student Services to pick up a copy of your Ministry of Education Transcript. You will need to join the Graduation 2027 Group in Edsby and watch the Presentation that Ms. Chomitzky has posted there to ensure you are on track for Graduation.

CIBC Run for the Cure is looking for volunteers for their upcoming event on October 4th. Please see the poster on the Student Notices bulletin board for more information on how to sign up. Students in Catholic Studies, please speak with your Catholic Studies teacher to confirm if this qualifies for CAP hours.

JUNIOR FOOTBALL
Let's go Stars!!!! Our junior football team won their first game of the season versus our rivals, Tommy Douglas, by a score of 36-14! Shoutout to everyone who made stellar plays, as we played great on offence and defence! Our Stars of the game were Enoch (4 touchdowns) and JJ (2 touchdowns)! We play our next game on Tuesday, September 29th at home versus BJM! Come cheer on your Stars!
FALL HIKING TRIP - OUTDOOR ED

TERRY FOX WALK UPDATE #4
In September 1980, near Thunder Bay, Ontario, Terry began experiencing severe chest pain and difficulty breathing. Medical tests revealed that the cancer had spread to his lungs, forcing him to end his run. Although he was devastated that he could not complete the journey, Canadians rallied behind him. Donations poured in from across the country, and a nationally televised fundraiser helped Terry reach his goal of raising $24 million for cancer research. His efforts united Canadians in an unprecedented way and brought greater awareness to the importance of funding cancer research.
Please help reach our school goal of $1512, one dollar for every student in honor of Terry’s goal to raise one dollar for every Canadian during his Marathon of Hope. In person donations can be made anytime at the PE office or on Friday at the front door during P5 a.m. Every donation gets an entry to win the T-shirt hanging in the showcase.
