General public booking for the upcoming spring season (April to June) starts at 8:00 am on March 11, 2024.

Rental Guidelines

Effective September 5, 2023, gymnasiums and multipurpose spaces are $20 per hour plus GST, Monday to Friday evenings, for community groups. Community associations and churches will remain exempt from this fee. Weekend rates will be charged for Saturday and Sunday. Read Rental fees, Regulations and Procedures for detail.
Rental requests shall be submitted online at least 7 days in advance. No exceptions will be made.
Payment must be received in advance before rental groups can use the facility.
All schools have a minimum 3 hour rental rate on weekends
