Facility Rentals
Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools (GSCS) is pleased to announce the launch of our new online facility booking system, eBASE, designed to improve the facility rental experience for community users.
The previous site will be available until August 30 for those who still need to pay an outstanding balance.
General public booking for the upcoming fall season (September to December) starts at 8:00 am on July 13. You will need to create a new account in eBASE before you submit a permit request.
Rental Guidelines
- Gymnasiums and multipurpose spaces are $21.01 per hour plus GST, Monday to Friday evenings, for youth non-profit community groups. City of Saskatoon Community Associations and churches will remain exempt from this fee. Weekend rates will be charged for Saturday and Sunday. Read Rental fees, Regulations and Procedures for detail.
- All permit requests must be submitted no later than end of day Thursday for any dates in the following Monday-Sunday period. Late requests will not be accommodated.
- Payment must be received in advance before rental groups can use the facility.
- All schools have a minimum 3 hour rental requirement on weekends
