high school classes cancelled for Monday, March 4, 2024

Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools (GSCS) has cancelled high school classes for Monday, March 4, 2024.

Clean-up from the winter storm that hit Saskatoon and much of the province over the weekend continues, but potentially unsafe road conditions still exist as crews methodically work their way through priority streets.

This decision was made collaboratively and in discussion with the City of Saskatoon and our partners in emergency services. Challenges have been identified for safely operating transit buses. Cancelling classes helps ensure the safety of students and staff members, while supporting the city’s efforts to clear streets.  

We plan to resume elementary and high school classes on Tuesday, March 5. We will communicate any changes to plans and future cancellations.
