Application Requirements
December 26, 2025
We will require the following documents with your online application:
- A copy of the picture page of the student's current passport.
- Copies of the past two years of transcripts, translated into English, from the student's home country. Please note, if the student is in Grade 11 or 12 and wishes to graduate in Saskatchewan, they must bring their original paper transcripts to the school they are attending so that they can be sent to the Saskatchewan Ministry of Education for validation. Digital copies are sufficient for the application, though.
- The Student Participation Agreement must be completed and signed by both the student and parent. The homestay section must also be completed if a homestay placement is requested.
- All application fees must be paid in full before the application can be accepted.
Once the application has been accepted and all fees have been paid, we will share the Letter of Acceptance (LOA), tuition receipt, and any required Custodianship documents that must be submitted to the IRCC (Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada) as part of the study permit application. Please note that any minor student studying in Canada for more than 6 months requires a study permit. For more information, please see the following sites:
- To apply for a study permit outside of Canada: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/study-canada/study-permit/apply.html
- To apply for a study permit renewal from within Canada: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/study-canada/extend-study-permit.html
We must be given a copy of the study permit and visa or eta once the student arrives in Canada. Please contact us if you have any questions about the process.
