Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools takes this scriptural passage from the book of Micah to heart. Social justice is the cornerstone on which our school division is built. Our schools are places of faith: educational practices in our classrooms encompass the provincial curricula, but our curricula walks hand in hand with our Catholic faith. Service is taught parallel with the various disciplines. It is not separate, but who we are as Catholic educators and students.
It is our belief as a school division that we are called to take care of ourselves, take care of one another and take care of our world. Living our faith in our schools allow us to uphold this belief. Each of us are called to 'walk in the way of righteousness, along the paths of justice' (Proverbs 8:20)
