COVID-19 Update: In-school classes for 2020-21 begin September 8. Read our Return-to-School Plan.

In-person registrations are suspended because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

If you would like to register during this time, please contact us by email:

Please keep in mind school is closed for the summer and email will only be checked periodically.

Please Download, complete and return a registration form for each child.

At Pope John Paul II School, we always want to make sure your child is set up for success. In order to do this, it is important for the principal or vice principal to meet with parents or guardians to develop a relationship of cooperation in the education of our students. This meeting will take place at the end of August.

We ask that you call the school (306-659-7460) to book an appointment with the principal. On average, the meeting takes about 30 minutes as we get to know each other and fill out the paperwork. We also include a school tour!

Pope John Paul II is available to register new families to our school on August 24-27, 2020.

Students who pre-registered are not required to register again.

The first day of school is Tuesday, September 1, 2020 (morning only).

If you would like to start the paperwork before you arrive at the school, please click on the two links below.

  • Health cards  for your child.

  • Birth Certificate or Baptismal Certificate (if you have one)

  • An emergency contact, their address and phone number in case we cannot reach you.

  • If you have a family doctor, having the phone number is helpful.
