What is Engineering:  Friday, November 15th – 9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. @ the University of Saskatchewan. You will learn what an Engineer does. Why engineering is more than math and science and why employers want to hire USask Engineers. Hands on activities, discussions, building tour and a sample lecture. Early admission deadline is December 1

December 1 is the deadline to apply for early admission* for the 2020 Fall Term (September) for:

*Students must submit transcripts and supporting documents by December 1 for early admission.


Combined Kinesiology and Education program

Students are now able to enter directly from high school into the Combined Bachelor of Science Kinesiology/Bachelor of Education program

This five-year program is designed for students who intend to teach physical education at the Secondary level.

The benefit of this combined degree is that you will graduate in five years with two degrees with a concentrated knowledge of teaching physical education to high school students.

Best and Brightest Entrance Scholarships

Best and Brightest Entrance Scholarships are USask's highest valued, renewable entrance scholarships and are awarded based on academics, leadership and contributions to school and community life. These scholarships are valued up to $40,000.

Five of these awards, known as the Circle of Honour Awards, are designated for Indigenous students.

Upload - don't email - documents

Applicants are now required to upload documents to their online application file. Previously, we accepted emailed documents. Documents received by mail will be uploaded by our staff into the applicants record. 

All final documents (transcripts, English Language Proficiency) must be sent through mail by the appropriate authority such as the provincial Ministry of Education. 


College of Engineering removes Calculus 30 as a prerequisite for admission


Effective for 2019-2020 admissions, the College of Engineering no longer requires Grade 12 (senior-level) calculus for entry into its Bachelor of Science in Engineering (B.E.) degree programs.

University of Regina:  Admission on-the-spot

    $100 APPLICATION FEE IS WAIVED (means it is free to apply)

    You need to come to Student Services and get an unofficial school copy of your marks (AKA a mark history) and a copy of your current timetable to bring with you.
