Power Engineering Program: Deadline to apply is May 1, 2020. Power Engineering 20L & 30L, a program offered through Prairie South VirtualSchool, combines online learning with practical, hands-on experiences. Grade 11 and 12 students in this program can earn two high school credits, and they will be prepared to meet the requirements for the 5th Class Power Engineering certification.Students who complete this program enhance their ability to be selected into a post-secondary Power Engineering program, and since they receive certification for jobs needing 5th Class Power Engineering, students have attained quality employment with the skills they have gained. Students are now able to enter directly from high school into the Combined Bachelor of Science Kinesiology/Bachelor of Education program.
This five-year program is designed for students who intend to teach physical education at the Secondary level.
The benefit of this combined degree is that you will graduate in five years with two degrees with a concentrated knowledge of teaching physical education to high school students.

Applicants are now required to upload documents to their online application file. Previously, we accepted emailed documents. Documents received by mail will be uploaded by our staff into the applicants record.
All final documents (transcripts, English Language Proficiency) must be sent through mail by the appropriate authority such as the provincial Ministry of Education.
College of Engineering removes Calculus 30 as a prerequisite for admission
Effective for 2019-2020 admissions, the College of Engineering no longer requires Grade 12 (senior-level) calculus for entry into its Bachelor of Science in Engineering (B.E.) degree programs.
