What is Engineering:  Friday, November 19th – 9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. @ the University of Saskatchewan. You will learn what an Engineer does. Why engineering is more than math and science and why employers want to hire USask Engineers. Hands on activities, discussions, building tour and a sample lecture. Spotlight on CAREERS – Interested in exploring a career in either Occupational or Physical Therapy. A panel of professionals and students will be sharing their career and educational journey with high school students. This will be held at Bethlehem High School on Thursday, November 7th,  from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. For more information and application forms, stop by Student Services.

Autobody: Wednesdays at Saskpolytech from 4:30pm-7:30pm beginning on Wednesday, October 23, 2019.

If you enjoy working on cars, restoring classic cars and have interest in the Automotive sector, the SIEC Autobody Skills Boot Camp offers you the opportunity to participate in hands-on sessions led by qualified instructors that focus on Autobody service and repair.  Sessions will include welding, sanding, grinding and autobody painting in an industrial equipped shop.  Application deadline is Thursday, October 17.

3D Printing: Wednesdays from 4:30-7:30 at Saskpolytech beginning on Wednesday, October 23.

Do you enjoy design, drafting and computer technology?  The SIEC 3D printing bootcamp offers the opportunity to gain a basic understanding of current 3D printing software and design.  You will engage in hands-on activities and work with high level 3D printing equipment while being supervised by qualified instructors.  Application deadline is Thursday, October 17, 2019.
