COVID-19 Update: In-school classes for 2020-21 begin September 8. Read our Return-to-School Plan.

Kindergarten registration for the 2021-22 school year opens in January. Children must be 5 years old by January 31, 2022 to register (December 31, 2021 in Martensville, Warman, Biggar and Humboldt).

Because of the pandemic, we can't host open houses or information sessions so you can tour the school and meet your teacher and principal at this time. Visit your local school's website to learn more about a virtual tour and how you can virtually meet your teacher.

Full-day, every-day targeted kindergarten is available at the following schools to support children who would benefit from extra time in class to build important skills in an inclusive, play-based learning environment. Priority will be given to families in the school's catchment area.

Here's how you can register:

Contact your local Catholic school.

Download, complete and return a registration form for each child (find your school's email address)

Learning about faith and life

Your child's first day of kindergarten is one of life's cherished moments. Our schools offer a warm, welcoming learning environment that gives children ample opportunities to learn and grow socially, intellectually, physically and spiritually

When you entrust us with your child's learning and development, we welcome families and caregivers too. We recognize that parents and guardians are a child's first teachers—in faith and life. We want to work with you as your child's education continues.

At Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools, we nurture faith and encourage children to develop their God-given talents and skills. We inspire students to serve others, so they learn how to make their world a better place.
