"The Call" - Catholic Attributes for Learning Leadership

"The CALL" is a leadership model that has four purposes:

  • to recognize, honour and empower and build leadership capacity in all

  • to foster leadership within the community

  • to ensure common foundations in our work

  • to improve student learning

"The CALL" guides leadership development for all employees within Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools particularly in-school administrators. It is a tool to develop personal growth plans, network discussions, hiring practices and appraisals.
